1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be returned in the original packaging, including tags and accessories.

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.


2. Items That Cannot Be Returned

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Gift cards


3. How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at support@saleplususa.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll provide return instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label.

  3. Ship the item back to the provided address.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).


4. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.


5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different size, color, or product, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.


6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue quickly.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company or bank—there may be a delay in posting.
